Pitigroup Center

Based on the Citigroup Center Skyscraper in New York City (where Citigroup, the company, does not actualy reside), the Pitigroup Center draws its design in primarily being built upon stilts! The Voxel Turf counterpart is built within several different layers: the Lobby layer (first 5 floors and maintenance room), the Office Layer (majority of floors), and the mall layer (final four floors). The Mall has a cafe/restaurant at the top that can give a pretty nice view of surrounding buildings so now you can show off your power broking, turf management, and investment skills with new clients! With the Pitigroup Center at your disposal, you can rest easy and not take "Piti" on your poor Voxel Citizens as they work to make you money in long hour shifts! Base lot price: approximately $6,000,000 with room for 425 workers. Profits earned are at about $20,000 per hour. (2x2 lot size) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!ADVISORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!: There is a small glitch in this building, but you have to sort of actually try to utilize the glitch to bug it out. On the top floor of the main elevator shaft, there is an elevator located right behind the middle elevator, used to access the mall. DO NOT HAVE BOTH ELEVATORS OPEN AT THE SAME TIME, or the game will crash. I'm not too sure how to fix this. I tested out what would happen should both elevator doors open at the same time, and discovered said bugging. Nonetheless, I kept the design because it was the most practical solution to continue designing for how I wanted the mall portion to look, so just be cautious should you use this in your game. Random fun notes: The building fully goes to the edge of the lot (because of size of building, and style), so if you have an adjacent lot that also goes to the edge, it could potentially rub up against Pitigroup Center.
