Repeater Carbine

I was playing the other day and figured that it might be nice to have an early-game SMG before it has to compete with other machine guns, so I made one. It's inferior in every way to the standard smg, so you'll probably want to replace it with that as soon as it becomes available, but it's on-par, if shorter-ranged, with other T1 weapons. I also added an alternate recipe that allows one to turn pistol ammo into smg ammo since the normal recipe doesn't unlock until T2. In terms of function the repeater fills a similar niche to Captain's Assault Rifle mod, it just uses vanilla rather than custom ammo. Also, yes I did totally steal the design from Bioshock Infinite- I've been wanting to do that for a while.
