Better Tiers

This mod improves T2 and T3 modules to increase their value as a function of the number of slots in the ship they take up (for example, in the base game T2 storage provides better value than T1, but T3 storage provides worse value than T2). Most of the other T2/T3 modules don't really do anything inherently better than their equivalent number of T1/T2 modules. So, this mod fixes that. If you use GMod to change module stats to be different from their stock/default values, GMod's changes should take effect. If you haven't changed any module stats (i.e. - in GMod your multiplier is set to 1. 0), this mod's changes should take effect. There is not currently a way to have both reflected in-game at the same time, as far as I am aware of.
