[Unity 2017.4] Potato Cannon

A working potato cannon that launches renewable ammo! The Potato Cannon can be found in civilians buildings, and the Potato Cannon Mk. 2 can be found in botanist locations. Potato Cannon Mk. 2 fires potatoes in a much flatter trajectory, but it wears out faster. Cannons are fixed with chemicals, refilling the fuel used for combustion.
