Bob's Advanced Arsenal (SAS4-based mod)

I AM PLANNING ON MAKING A REMASTER OF THIS MOD, maybe focusing a little more on SAS4 ...hopefully I can start soon if my schedule finally lightens up a little, as school has been busy these past few years.
