Darker Nights Washington

The point of this mod is too take the Washington map take it from just being the default map into a Darker version. On a side note it also makes the zombies during the full moon the creepiest thing ever. FAQ Q. Did you just take the Washington maps lighting file and edit it to be darker. A. Pretty much, but I also made it slightly more realistic. Q. How is this realistic? A. In real life if you were to go into a forest or to shut off all the lights in your town everything will be pitch black at night.
