Darker night PEI map

Ever wished that flashlights and nvgs were useful? The point of this mod is too take the PEI map take it from just being the default map into a hardcore/realistic map On a side note it also makes the zombies during the full moon the creepiest thing ever. FAQ Q. Did you just take the PEI maps lighting file and edit it to be darker. A. Pretty much, but I also made it slightly more realistic. Q. You already have a mod like this A. Yes but that one is outdated and it will not let me update it. Q. How is this realistic? A. In real life if you were to go into a forest or to shut off all the lights in your town everything will be pitch black at night.
