Frosty's Four Vests (Updated to 3.28)

Smaller vests to make your vanilla military man look more military than a guy with power armour, or at least a guy covering his entire square chest. This is just a small visual improvement to the normal vests, also they are slightly weaker than the normal vests and require more materals to repair but I made these for mere roleplay purposes and to make desert military vests look cool.
