Sly's Fallout guns with spawns! v2.0

Welcome to the first 10 weapons for this update. Next, I plan on adding some of the laser weapons and other guns from the various Fallout games. Hope you enjoy! However, on Russia, they spawn at police stations. Working on a fix for that. I also fixed some of the names of the guns and the damage values.
