Tactical Crossbow [LEGACY]

I don't know how blind y'all are, but it literally says in the title. It's not getting updated anymore, and no, you can't update it yourself. My horde beacon mod also contains this weapon, and that mod is updated as far as I know so USE THAT. Crossbows. Who doesn't like crossbows. How about SNIPER CROSSBOW? Well, I was bored at like, 12 to 1am, so I made this happen. It's craftable, because I suck and don't know how to make everything spawn on vanilla maps (jk yes it does). Kthx.
