The Holn System The Holn System is designed so that each world and system as a whole could have realistically happened each with their own dynamic history and geology. Not all description could fit, check ingame object descriptions for worlds around Hazel. ------------------ The Stars Holn Holn the larger of the two stars making i the center of the whole system but Holn is nearing the end of its main sequence at 5 billion years of age. Holn is turning into a subgiant and continues to slowly grow in size and luminence. Hazel Hazel has been Holn's binary companion since their formation 5 billion years ago. Unlike Holn, Hazel being a much smaller K type star it will continue to stay inhert and on the main sequence for over 12 billion more years. over its lifespan the star has formed its own unique system of planets completely separate from Holn. ------------------ Napopia Being the first planet is quite hot with a thin atmosphere and red surface caused by the build up of iron oxide dust. ------------------ Miroka A mystery of sand and sulfur, Miroka is easily the largest rocky planet in the system with a thick crust and hot interior that allows many giant shield volcanoes to take shape. Miroka is thought to previously have water lakes but as Holn grew these lakes are now steam in the atmosphere. Selvar Being known as the "Zebra Moon" Selvar is Miroka's one moon but despite its small size it kept Miroka's interior hot through tidal forces helping form the interesting surface of Miroka. ------------------ Thetas Thetas is the home of almost all living things but it wasnt always perfect. Before Holn grew Thetas was too cold for large sapient life to form but after it did this planet had surge of biodiversity giving arise to the Thetans, A intelligent species that wish to escape their doomed system. Yuro Yuro is the moon Thetas and is somewhat unremarkable but is the start of the Thetans interstellar journey and is what made life possible on their planet. -----------------
