Following a comment left by YouTuber Novarald on the video "Universe Sandbox 2 - How to Make a Pulsar and What Are They Anyway?" by Anton Petrov: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GuDfgqabow I made a working pular. I've only made what I retroactively realized could have been a pulsar when messing around. Feel free to open this up and save the pulsar. The gas cloud will still be there in the saved version.
