[2026.1] Port Dialogue Fix

You walk up to the Chief of Operations expecting a briefing. He says hello, then goodbye, and nothing more - no menu ever showed up. No supplies, no torpedoes, no next assignment. Try the driver, the Personnel Officer, the Flotilla Commander: same dead end, every single time. It's a known issue that can strike any save, at any point in a career, and once it hits, every officer in port breaks the exact same way. The bug A small timing glitch in the game's dialogue system can get one conversation "stuck" mid-way through. Once that happens, every officer and the driver start behaving the same broken way, because they all share the same underlying state - one stuck conversation is enough to jam the whole port. What this mod does Stops it from happening again. Blocks the exact glitch that causes conversations to get stuck. Fixes saves already affected. When you load your save, the mod checks for the stuck state and clears it automatically. If your dialogues are already broken, this alone should bring your menus back - no console commands, no manual save editing. Attention! If this mod doesn't help you to resolve the issue - please report in comments and provide a link to save file download, so I can investigate the issue and improve the mod. If you can't provide save file - I can't fix the issue. Compatibility Doesn't change anything else about dialogues or the game. Completely harmless on saves that were never affected.
