本模组还原了现实中 U 艇鱼雷管外盖的真实工作逻辑。 在原版游戏中，鱼雷管外盖仅在发射瞬间播放一段开关动画，注水期间外盖始终保持关闭——这与史实不符。现实中，鱼雷管注水后外盖即会打开并保持开启状态，直至鱼雷成功出管后才关闭，以确保水流通畅、推进阻力最小。 本模组复刻了这一流程： 注水 → 外盖打开 → 保持开启 → 鱼雷发射离管 → 外盖关闭 细节在于——每个鱼雷管的外盖均为独立控制。注水 1 号管时，2 号管外盖不受影响；发射 3 号管时，4 号管外盖不会跟随关闭。首部四管与尾部鱼雷管各自独立，互不干涉。 This mod restores the realistic outer torpedo hatch operation for U-boats. In the vanilla game, the external muzzle door only plays a brief open-close animation at the moment of launch — remaining shut throughout the entire flooding phase. This is historically inaccurate. In reality, the outer hatch opens as soon as the tube is flooded and stays open until the torpedo successfully leaves the tube, ensuring unobstructed water flow and minimal launch resistance. This mod faithfully recreates that procedure: Flood → Hatch opens → Stays open → Torpedo clears the tube → Hatch closes The key detail — each tube's outer hatch is controlled independently. Flooding tube 1 does not affect tube 2's hatch; firing tube 3 does not close tube 4's hatch. Bow and stern tubes operate in complete isolation from one another.
