The Sailor's Frequency A community-driven radio expansion for UBOAT. The goal of this project is simple: To provide immersive radio stations that fit the atmosphere of World War II submarine warfare while remaining friendly for streamers, content creators and video production. Unlike many historical radio mods, The Sailor's Frequency focuses on royalty-free, public-domain and creator-approved content wherever possible. Important Information This mod is NOT save-game compatible. To use The Sailor's Frequency correctly, you must start a new campaign. Existing save games may continue using previously loaded radio content. Included Radio Content German Radio A mixture of: • Ballroom music • Waltzes • Accordion music • Classical arrangements • Marches • Maritime songs • Spoken poetry • Historical atmosphere pieces The German station also includes several narrated poems and a special bonus recording performed specifically for this project. British Radio A selection of: • Big band swing • Dance music • Folk songs • Maritime themes • Spoken poetry • Atmospheric radio-style content American Radio A collection of: • Swing • Ragtime • Jazz-inspired tracks • Maritime songs • Spoken poetry • Period-inspired radio atmosphere Voice Acting This mod contains newly recorded spoken content created specifically for The Sailor's Frequency. Poetry and spoken segments are performed by community members and volunteers. Special thanks to all voice actors who contributed their time and talent to the project.
