RAOBF for "extended magnification" and "more accurate perisope mod"

This Mod adds an RAOBF to your periscope. Note that it is calibrated to 6X magnification (the more accurate periscope mod indicates as 15X) and only in zoomed out view not any wide view. You need to set the periscope magnification to "extended" in the diffculty setting for the mod to work properly. Note that vanilla or other different periscope mods can significantly mess up the calibration.
