Officer Skills Spawn Change

A simple mod that changes the chances of skills spawned for officers. - Removes the skills English, Spanish and Portuguese speaker and increases the chance of the Linguist skill appearing. - Increases the chance of both Cook and Diver skills spawning to make up for less skills overall with the language skills removed. - Skill spawning is still random upon either new game or hiring/promoting new officers, not sure if old save compatible but if it works for anyone let me know in the comments. - Compatible with 2026. 1. - Most likely wont work with other mods that edit officer skills but haven't tested myself.
