Stuck Ship Diagnostic

WIP/BETA/TEST I've been running into a problem where ships will often get stuck, sometimes on the map layer and sometimes on the 3D layer. This mod is used to help diagnose those problems. It pairs nicely with the other mod I'm uploading called StuckShipRecovery (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3692278473) that should fix the issues around ships becoming stuck. The slightly more complex version of what this mod does: - Detects merchant and convoy ships whose movement scheduler has dropped them, causing them to freeze. - Detects spawned warship groups with no movement orders. - Logs to output_log.txt with prefix. I've used AI to help build this as I'm new to modding, if you don't like that then you don't have to use this mod but it's helped massively in my learning process. Big shout out to Link, if it wasn't for his fantastic mods I never would have even considered doing anything myself.
