Time Compression Equalizer

Makes the time compression scale the same regardless of what view the player is in. By default in vanilla, as of posting, Section View has a 0. 13 multiplier, Orbit View has a 0. 6 multiplier, Stage View has a 0. 22 multiplier and Free Fly View has a 0. 25 multiplier. There may be issues with higher time compression in certain views; however, none have been reported as of yet. Use at your own risk. Advanced users can adjust the values separately, if desired. Make sure to backup your changes in case the mod updates. Savegame compatible.
