More Useful UZO Sight

Adjusts the vanilla UZO and binoculars to have a more useful reticule. Features a horizontal scale in degrees and a vertical scale in centiradians (10 milliradians). On the Extended Periscope setting, the UZO magnification is 1x and 10x, while binoculars are at about 6. 67x magnification. On the Realistic Periscope setting, the UZO magnification is 1x while the binoculars are at about 1. 85x magnification. Savegame compatible. Compitable for version 2025. 1+.
