Weather Bound Deckgun

Description Disables the deckgun in stormy conditions. It can be enabled/disabled any time in your playthrough. No new game required. How does it work? This script checks how much water is on the deck of the U-boat. At a certain amount, the deck gun gets disabled for 15 seconds. If the water washes over the deck again within this time, the timer will reset. The script differentiates between the Type II and Type VII U-boat. The anti-aircraft guns on the Type VII, which are placed on the conning tower, will not be affected by the script and can always be manned.
