Reduced u-boat resupply time

Reduces the time it takes to resupply your boat in port or while at sea by 87. 5% (240 s/kg to 30). It should now take max 1-2 days to have your boat ready to sail again after a patrol (depending on how depleted your supplies were), rather than the default 1-2 weeks. You can change this to whatever you want by going to C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT\Mods\reduced-u-boat-resupply-time\Data Sheets and editing the value in the General.xlsx file. Note that "s/kg" means seconds per kg if that wasn't already obvious. Default is 240. Should be save game-compatible.
