BETA Version I have added some static ships to the Wilhelmshaven harbor to make it more lively. I hope that I can bring even more emersion into the game. Not savegame compatible! This mod should be the first beta as I don't have enough time to test it. So I hope someone feels like testing it and comes back with feedback. For testing it would be good to do several patrols / missions to see the "long term" stability of the mod.
