Crew Modification To work properly, the modification requires starting a new campaign. It doesn't work with old save files. Key features: - Officers no longer acquire skills in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French. The Linguist skill has been retained. - Officers no longer acquire the Runner skill. - Officers no longer acquire the Cook skill. - Changed the amount of XP required to reach the next level. - Changed the number of points needed to receive medals. - No more heart attacks for sailors. - Changed the work priorities of officers and sailors. - Changed officer work presets. For example, added presets for "2nd Watch Officer" and "Anti-Aircraft Gunner." - All officers can operate deck and anti-aircraft guns. - All sailors and officers are dressed in army uniforms by default. - All officers start with level 1 to acquire a special skill.
