U-BOOTE HERAUS! was created to make Uboat harder, especially on hard level (but not only). This should make game more demanding, and should force captain to more carefully counting in many areas (money, reputation, time). Mod change some areas of the game like: 1. ECONOMY: - far more expensive fuel; - more expensive vacations; - crew members hiring is more expensive (only on hard economy mode); - more expensive food (now only potatoes are for free, prices of rest food types are increased); - more expensive torpedoes (no more torpedoes for free, prices of all types are increased); - budget rewards for missions and tasks reduced by half. - intel revards decreased: 75 for normal spot (instead of 150 in vanilla), 250 for spot convoy (instead of 500 in vanilla). 2. CREW: - crew limits are increased (on all type II boats from 14 to 18 sailors, on all type VII boats from 20 to 34 sailors, on all type IX boats from 20 to 36 sailors); - officers limit is increased (from 7 to 9 officers on all u-boat types). 3. EXPERIENCE: - experoence gained by crewmembers for different actions is hardly reduced; - experience needed to gain next level is increased. 4. REPUTATION MANAGEMENT: - cost of favors in HQ are now far more higher (now you have to spend reputation points carefully, because it's not so easy to unlock everything after few missions); - reputation gained for enemy captain, mechanic and pilot is slightely changed. 5. TORPEDO MANAGEMENT: - longer reload and maintenance times; - maintenance cooldown times increased (G7a torpedoes to 7 days, G7e torpedoes to 3 days). 6. BOAT UPGRADE AND RESUPPLY TIMES CHANGED: - instaling of upgrades takes now 60 seconds for every currency unit instead of 20 seconds in vanilla; - transporting every kilogram of resupply to u-boat takes now 60 seconds (instead of 120 and 240 seonds in vanilla). 7. STORAGE AND CABINET CHANGES: - weights adjustments for food and some other items: food weights changed - now every food type have different weight and
