Rifle Rebalance - FA MAS

Stat changes to transform the lackluster Assault Rifle into a high DPS, high recoil, but low mag size monster. Designed to go with LewdSCP1471's FA MAS mod. The vanilla Rifle struggles from a lack of use case, often only being used when no other ammo is available. This mod seeks to move its use case to be the Burst DPS King. Stats are based off of the FA MAS F1 (as uploaded by LewdSCP1471) however the measly 650 RPM didn't feel right. Now the Rifle will sport a 1000RPM cyclic rate kept in check by the smaller 25rnd magazines used by the FA MAS F1. Recoil has also been altered to a smaller extent being less consistent with slightly more side to side recoil but less vertical recoil so the increased fire rate doesn't become a look at the sky simulator.

Vertical recoil changed to 2. 7 - 4 from 4 - 5. 7

Horizontal recoil changed to 0. 18 from 0. 16 (might increase later)

ROF changed to ~1000 from ~ 650 (Slow motion ROF changed by same ratio)

Mag Size changed to 25 from 30

Total Ammo changed to 125 from 120

Ammo Pickup Range changed to 22 - 38 from 18 - 35

Enemy behavior is technically unchanged but they are more deadly as a result of the ROF changes. (Will provide alternate version with AI changes once I figure out how to make them less deadly with completely kneecapping them.)

To install, place Pak into Paks folder.

To uninstall, remove Pak from Paks folder.
