Well sort of. NPCs no longer ignore distance damage fall off with shotguns as they are normally set to do.
Drop into trepang2/cppfps/content/paks. NPCs have their distance damage fall off toggled back on. The shotgun still does decent damage from range by default. But you shouldn't be getting destroyed from across the map anymore.
