Cinematic Focus Mode (Super Duper Charged Slowmotion)

- Drunk Mobster Using cheat codes in the OG Fear game (or something idk)

Using a Base of the Bullet Time PLUS version of Lerchs's Bullet Time Unleashed Mod, Cinematic Focus Mode makes the in game Slow motion mode akin to Max Payne & The Matrix

Using the Following Changes From Lerchs's Mod but with some edits and Tweaks of my own

• []Increased Slowmotion effect by 180%  - (For the Cinematic Max Payne Feel)

  []Decreased Slowmotion Movement Speed Multiplier by 70%  - (For Obvious reasons Your not the Flash lol)

  []Increased Slowmotion Max Duration from 5 to 15  - ( Same as Bullet Time PLUS )

  []Increased Slowmotion Kill Recharge Rate from 0. 45 to 2. 5  - ( Same as Bullet Time PLUS )

  []NPC Bullet Slow Down Factor increased by 150%  - (Even More like Super Hot )

  []Slowmotion requires way less Focus to be used  - ( Same as Bullet Time PLUS )

  []Decreased Hostage Throw force by 20%  - (To Reduce chances of Hostage dying to the floor)

  []Decreased Player Walk speed by 50%  - (For a more Cinematic feel while still being useful)

• (OPTIONAL) Removed Focus Mode sounds when entering Slow motion
