GWR 0-6-0 2301 'Dean Goods' class. Available: 1883-1966. Version: 2301 / 2301 (Rebuild) / 2301 (BR) Available: 1883-1910 / 1910-1948 / 1948-1966 Top Speed: 40mph (65kph) / 45mph (70kph) / 50mph (80kph) Power: 350kW / 450kW / 500kW Tractive Effort: 80kN Weight: 72t Cost & Maintenance: Set by game. 260 were built by the GWR from 1883 to 1899. 54 were still in use in 1948 when British Railways took over. The last was retired in 1957. One survives in preservation. Over 100 were requisitioned in the first and second world wars and some were used in France. After their war use some ended up in Greece, Germany, Austria and even China. Although mainly used for goods, they also served on local passenger routes. Supports user colours, but no aging or user logo. Update: The models are now available as placeable scenery Assets.
