Station Fixer Helper Mod

Fixes some issues with a few stations Note: undergone some changes to remove issues that resulted with the arrival of RadiKyles unlock platforms mod. Fixes oppies and Celmis stations - stops wading through platforms issue Also will fix comrade Tacco's USA low level platforms when he publishes them (Hence the update :)) This mod should be enabled after all the station mods. This mod updates trainstationutil scripts - you shouldn't do that really but... quite a few station mods have. The issue with doing this is that whichever mod loads last thats the version of trainstationutil that will be used. With this mod I have tried to collect together all the mods that currently do this and incorporate all the changes. So that whichever platform you use the people will walk at the right height. Other mods like the various 'increase the number of platform ' mods also over right this script so I have included the change to max out the platforms at 50. Enabling / disabling this mod shouldn't cause any issues. However test it with a save first just in case there is another mod thats 'essential' for you that also changes trainstationutil that I didn't know about and haven't catered for. If you use this mod but still see people floating. First try configuring the station and replacing the station building - with the same one. If that doesn't work then I would be interested to know which station mod is still causing an issue - as I may have missed one somewhere. The change required to the offending mod is just a single line that changes depending on platform height. Note: As this includes a fix for Oppies stations - if you don't use those this mod will add two purple boxes to the station menu. If I can work out how to kill those off I will but a the moment its a side effect.
