Important notes for updating: As the road provided in the previous version will cause wrongly rendered walls in the tunnel (you may see transparent walls in the tunnel), an alternative road is provided in the updated version. You don't have to remove or bulldoze any previously built roads and stations. For roads, use the road upgrading tool (in road construct panel, with an icon of a magic wand) to replace the existing road with the new version road. Compared with the vanilla road, the speed limit of the specially designed road has been increased to 160kph, allowing the deployment of a rapid transit network in the urban area. Besides, the sidewalk has been reduced, making the viaduct road more compact and beautiful, and reducing the conflicts with buildings along the ground road when the road is built in developed urban areas. This mod contains several construction items: 1. Two types of stations, one with the entrance on only one side of the road, and the other with entrances on both sides of roads; 2. A high-speed road (160kph) with one-meter-width sidewalk; 3. A cement bridge based on the vanilla one, fixing ground texture/material beyond the railings. Each type of station has two formations: elevated or tunneled, and the height or depth can be adjusted as required. The number of lanes within the station can be set to 2 or 4.
