If discovered, shields armor and tail guns helped her survive long enough to escape or relay the intel. If a target couldn't wait for the fleet, she had enough proton torpedos to be considered a light bomber, and main cannons that, while slow, were too powerful to be ignored by capital ships. Unfortunately, like clone commandos, these ships were wasted on the front line. This convinced the empire to drop the design and focus strictly on maneuverability and swarm tactics in its fighters.
