Their genius plan was to put the missiles developed for the Tigershark on a tank chassis, however the missiles were way too big to be launched from a tank and definitely didn't blow up while still on the tank destroying multiple tank chassis. The systems team realised that brute forcing their way into putting a missile on a tank was kinda not working and that they needed to design new missiles from scratch. After designing missiles that were not the same length of the tank, the live fire test proved a least a little more successful. But after many changes to the missile they managed to get something that was mostly accurate and ready for production.
