Alloydactyl Dragon

The great, metal fingered, black and blue dragon. the first published of a few more to come, as an experiment with the application of power cables on large bodied ornithopters. CURE SERVO GLITCH, AND MY LIFE, IS YOURSS This is a zero propulsion ornithopter dragon constructed with power cables! It weighs in at 1470 Kg (one of the heaviest ornithopter dragons in the workshop) and can reach 115 MPH in optimal conditions. (pls refer to flight manual) Flight with this is COMPLETELY manual. The dragon will fly where you look and flap in the ways you tell it to. It attempts to auto balance on land, but the system isn't perfect, and the legs may get stuck folded forward, in which case try jiggling around to proc the angle sensor W - raise wing S - lower wing Shift - downward cupping Crtl - upward cupping (used for centering) A/D - rudder turning (steering help) E - nom Space - hop (only if legs aren't folded) FLIGHT MANUAL Flight has a minor learning curve. the main idea is equal timing alternating between W and S (which in and of themselves participate in steering), and once you get the hang of it, the mechanics of it are quite gratifying. Takeoff is best done by pressing Shift, then W and S in one, quick consecion (typo), before turning off Shift. You'll know it's working when the wings raise and lower VERY quickly. if it's slow, it can fly but it won't work well (third sail set should tilt up and down) yes the bulldog engine on the wings is necessary or it doesn't fly straight. don't mind the pistons in the neck unless u want to perfectly rebalance it (cus I dont). and so is the seat. basically all drag above center of mass is necessary. YOU ARE ALWAYS PROXY TO BEING BLOWN UP. POWER CABLES ARE WEIRD I do not recommend grand reef with this. u will need to repair like 20 times
