Grizzly [the Stino corporation]

-- Controls -- WASD Q/E L 1 2 V LMB 3 -- Lore -- With city 11's recent expansion they contracted the Stino Corporation to make them a pair of new police vehicles. The First vehicle was going to be an armored personnel and prisoner transport. The Stino Corporation proposed a 6 wheeled APC to City 11, the proposal was rejected due to being too slow. After the Design team significantly upgraded its engines they took it to the race track to test its top speed. The first prototype lost control in a corner and slid out, completely flatting the catch fence in the process and sustaining minimal damage to the vehicle. To Improve stability when turning A active aero fin was added to the back of the APC, with this City 11 accepted the design and 8 vehicles were delivered to City 11's police department.
