Angler (Combat Submarine Template)

This submarine is quite maneuverable, with multiple aiming servos to attach weapons to (for Deathmatch or other combat scenerios). It uses 12 power cores for movement, which leaves 8 for a 20 power core limit, and 18 for 30.
