The Terran Gen 3.1 Outrigger is the second ship in generation 3 of the TMC's salvaging and mining fleet. It is designed for atmospheric and exoatmospheric missions, with fully capable modes for each scenario. The outrigger is piloted by one person and 2 other people use the salvaging pods on the side of the craft.
