TWK-HS-4 Greasetrap

TWK-HS-4-Greasetrap Class: Hover Slug Tier: 4 Overview: Originally intended to be a “Girl Bike” as part of a low-speed urban demo line, the Greasetrap was born from a single, legendary typo. A now-fired intern submitted a proposal labeled “Grill Bike,” and rather than correcting the error, Crash Industries forwarded the concept directly to TorqueWorks, presumably with a smirk. A few weeks, three fire extinguishers, and one exploded smoker later, the Greasetrap rumbled into life — a flying barbecue pit of noise, grease, and regret. Powerplant: A monstrous steel drum grill mounted front-and-center. Fueled by bio-grease mixtures and random combustible oils, it vaporizes fats into unstable propellant. A custom grease-jet boost system siphons excess gunk into a pressure chamber, letting the pilot hit a switch for short, terrifying bursts of forward speed. The exhausts spew out a mix of smoke, spice vapor, and the occasional, still-flaming sausage. Key Features: Grill: A fully functional cooktop — ride it, roast it, risk it. Flavor Exhausts™: Dual stacks emit a sweet n’ smoky trail, and occasionally sparks. Grease Jet Boost: Hold on tight; it’ll move faster than your reflexes. Once. Handling: “Like a rolling frying pan.” Direct quote from all test pilots. Pilot Reactions: “Rides like an angry picnic table that just found out about seasoning.” — “Chops” Mahoney, Meat-Class Pilot Champion “Everything smells like bacon. Including my eyebrows.” — Unidentified engineer, weeping
