Terran L-02 Doubletime

The terran L-02 is the second ship in the L line of ships from earth. The L stands for salvage, since S was taken by the stealth category. It uses double salvage arms to salvage at twice the speed and 25% more efficiently. The drawback is that it only has a small amount of onboard storage, so an external salvage material storage source is required.
