After finding the skeleton of a Giganotosaurus, a group of scientists worked to cover it with steel, build chrome teeth, and add a set of bionic muscles and an artificial brain. They couldn't bring back the dead, but they could replicate what it was. Based on this, they built a supercomputer capable of controlling the whole body like a living dinosaur while maintaining wireless manual control when needed.
