Flying Railgun of Death (SUPER ACCURATE)

This is pretty much a hovercraft mounted with an omnidirectional railgun. It has a full range of motion, 360 degrees on all axes. Warning: turning while moving will result in instability, but not loss of control. Also, expect the railgun to swing when you stop. It is super stable when it comes to a complete stop. Ultimately, this is pretty much the two most OP things in the game combined.
