Regirock's arms can't go any higher as Tower's rig won't allow it or allow us to fix the shoulders a bit, so sorry for this. When Regirock holds a pistol his arms extend off of his body as well. Other than that all cosmetics but the wrist work for customization. Model from Pokemon Sword/Shield for the Nintendo Switch.
