Character Recruitment Pool Refresh

A simple mod that decreases the amount of time it takes for your character pool to refresh. All heroes will be refreshed every 1 to 4 turns. It can sometimes be really frustrating to wait 20 turns before you find the character you want. This decreases that time, and more often refreshes the hero recruitment pool, making the hero turnover much greater. Should work for both Lords and Heroes that use a recruitment pool. This will cause issues in your campaign after so many turns There's a bug with the game that this mod causes to happen early in campaigns. Use this mod at your own risk.
