SFO Resources in UI

Hello people, this small mod makes the new resources of SFO for the High Elves and Dark Elves appear in the UI. Nothing more and nothing less. Please note: I didn't add Tyrion because here you choose between two resources and also the one chosen doesn't need to be kept track of after some technologies. Therefore I found it better to keep the space in the UI free here. Also, it can take a bit longer when loading the campaign (I noticed this especially with Morathi). Since the last update it seems to have a bit more problems there. Therefore: Just be patient until it has run through and there should be no problems in the game itself. Have Fun!
