Dwarf Oathgold Upgrades

It's here!! Upgrades to protect your Dawi from goblins and trolls! New upgrades help out all three Dwarf starts. Upgrade lines will be split into offensive and defensive as I develop this mod more; Runes, Ales, and Tools all help the dawi fight the greenskin and skaven menace. I also am trying to specialize units within those two lines as well: you'll notice 2h units can be anti-large now, while miners can fill either anti-large or flanking anti-infantry roles. Extra Oathgold can be generated from buildings. The costs are subject to heavy change since i want them to rely around attributes and buffs more than stat additions. tooltip identification done. fluff incoming! YES TO SFO since this only adds a system and adds buffs/traits to units it will be compatible with most everything, even overhauls. it will not cover custom units though.
