Cultural Settlement Skins (Updated for The Warden & The Paunch)

As I got permission to update this mod from original creator, I present to you this 2019 end year gift an fully updated mod from https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1185917403. what this mod do? (quote from original mods) "Adds your cultures buildings around conquered cities from foreign cultures". this mod also standalone version that can be used without required item but I included anyway if you want to experience this mod to its fully potential. many thanks to original mod creator AnonymousCheese to give me permission to update this awesome mod (WARNING) may cause ingame fps drop because basically with this mod, you add one more layer to settlement but it just my assumption though. please confirm this as you use this mod to the comment bellow. also screenshot provide above is taken with required items https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1933530227 is activated should be compatible with everything... everything? yup everything...
