Double Building Effects

***UPDATED FOR THE SILENCE AND THE FURY DLC*** This mod doubles most building effects. This includes Income, Replenishment Rate, Public Order Bonus, Growth and Corruption. EFFECTS ON CAMPAIGN GAMEPLAY: Campaigns are now more fast-paced. Less time will be spent maintaining Public Order and building up settlements due to bigger bonuses and more income. It will now be much easier to recruit a second army in the early stages of the game and campaigns should feel less tedious. At the same time, since the AI also benefits from doubled building effects, it will progress much faster and recruit massive armies quickly. Expect to face massive resistance as you expand your empire and you'll be doing a lot more battles now. NOTE This is part of another, larger mod I made.
