Environmental Lighting and Weather Overhaul

DESCRIPTION First of all ReShade is not needed to enjoy the mod it is there for those that want it :D First 2 and last 3 screenshots are using ReShade rest are without :D Welcome all to the reworked mod got these out as fast as possible for you guys, so a couple of niggles that I was not fully happy about to re-do but its fine for now. I reworked the mod because I was not happy with what was done originally and wanted to bring out more realistic lighting and weather. Link to ReShade images - https://imgur.com/a/yXlmNMH INFO - Reworked mod. - New night Skybox textures. - New cloud textures. - More realistic type weathers. - Realistic day lighting using how we preceive colour as a base. - Realistic Night lighting. - May Intergrate uibypass mod into it again. - New environment files as I thought those certain maps needed them. COMPATIBILITY Works with. - Campaign lighting mods as they use different files. - Intergrated GCCM database into mod and Mixu's Tyreweld map. - Basically any other no lighting based mods. Does not work with. - Other battle based lighting mods. LOAD ORDER - This Mod - GCCM Main mod / Beta - Other Custom Maps RESHADE - Get the overlay programme from here - https://reshade.me/ - get my Preset from here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kOyvEFOPRSKSkhgbrBw1Wq2E6g_QWPiA/view?usp=sharing - When installing just choose all shaders, its easiest and fastest method to get the preset running, with exception of CinematicDoF and MXAO from the Legacy pack as there are better shaders already installed by then, so uncheck those 2.
