Horde Encampment Requires No Movement

A very simple mod that reduces the movement needed for Warriors of Chaos and Beastmen Encampment stance down to 0. You can now raze and immediately go into encampment mode, for example. Should work with most mods, but i cannot guarantee it will work with SFO/Radious and whatnot as i do not use those mods myself, give it a try and if it does not work just disable this if you prefer those mods.
