Empire Master Engineer - Mechanical Steed Effects

This is a submod for the Empire Mechanical Engineer mod that adds a lightning effect around the hooves of the Mechanical Steed mount (model by ChaosRobie, model modder extraordinaire). It's a separate mod due to the fact that it's a "movie" type pack file, which means it will always be enabled. This is currently the easiest workaround for VFX in the game. COMPATIBILITY: This mod shouldn't conflict with anything, but as mentioned above, it will always be enabled. To disable it, you must unsubscribe. FAQ: Q: Can I suggest some ideas and/or improvements?
